In our community, we often carry our burdens in silence. But strength isn’t about suffering alone, it’s about knowing when to reach out.

Join the Ebonyi State Canadians Association for a vital community conversation: “Understanding Mental Health in Our Community: Knowing When We Need Support.”

In a safe and welcoming environment, we will explore the invisible struggles many of us face and break the stigma surrounding mental wellness.

πŸ—£οΈ Featuring Special Guest Speaker:
Mrs. Ngozi Eze, Certified Nurse Psychotherapist.
With her professional expertise and deep cultural understanding, Mrs. Eze will guide us through recognizing the signs in ourselves and our loved ones, and knowing exactly when and how to seek help.
